We went there for some warranty covered maintenance on our 2023 leaf. We did not have any problems getting the work done or covered. Staff seem to be very nice. We did however have problems trying to get a hold of them and get follow up when we were trying to purchase our leaf. We actually wound up driving to Ohio to get it so I wish we could have gotten it local but they've done well helping us with maintenance issues.
A big shoutout and thank you to Jennifer Belcher and Michael Chisley for an amazing and easy experience. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I will definitely be back again.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Jennifer told me that it usually takes around an hour for the service. The service was completed in a little over a half hour. Service was great and my car is running great.
My email was wrong on the paperwork but it obviously got corrected (as I got an email about the visit) No plans to buy anytime soon so can’t confirm or deny I’d use this dealer

Ron Abrahamson helped us navigate a warranty repair that saved us thousands of dollars. There were steps along the way to satisfy the warranty company and Ron’s turnaround was quick and thorough on each one. And after the work was approved, it was only a couple of days between Ron’s calling to say he’d ordered parts and the completion of a pretty major repair. This experience has changed our minds about dealership service depts and we plan on having all our preventive maintenance performed at Don Franklin going forward.
Jennifer and the team are amazing. I will never return to a valvoline again after working with these past two years! Thanks for making it an easy and friendly experience!
MJ was the best sales person, he didn’t pressure me to buy a car but made sure I had all of the facts I needed to make the right decision.
